CVM Ventures is a corporate financial consulting firm that specializes in corporate financial consulting, specifically geared towards raising capital for our clients. Our advisors plan for and achieve financing for growth, acquisitions and buyouts from a variety of institutions, we raise both debt and equity on behalf of our clients.

Strategy

CVM Ventures provides a full suite of services for our clients. Our firm has a strong track record of identifying and structuring debt and equity finance solutions, as well as providing deal advice in merger & acquisition transactions. We are industry agnostic with extensive expertise in real estate, business finance, sports & entertainment, infrastructure, technology, cryptocurrency and business development strategy.

Raising minority equity, control equity and equity growth capital
Raising debt from senior secured to unsecured facilities
Identifying appropriate and strategic capital sources from relationships, including large family offices, private equity, hedge funds, bank and nonbank lenders and other institutional investors
Developing and optimizing transaction and capital structures
Providing comprehensive transaction management, from investor introduction to the close of the transaction
Introducing strategic partnership relationships to our clients in conjunction with capital raise efforts
